FAQ’s

How do I size my stole?

These are the typical measurements I use to determine stole length. Stole length is measured from center of the neck down one side. Stoles will be within 1.5″ of requested length.

Height  Stole Length

          5′ – 5’4″……42″ –  46″

          5’5″ – 5’8″……46″ – 48″

          5’9″ – 6’……48″ – 50″

          over 6’1″……50 – 54″

Width: Typically about 5″, but can be anywhere from 4”-6” depending on design choices. If you have a specific width desire please note that in your order.

How long will it take to make my stole?

This varies depending on complexity of the stole design and season (April-June is a busy ordination season, and therefore will take me longer to complete new orders during that time). In general, it will take about 4-6 weeks for a custom order after design work is completed. If you need an order faster than this, please reach out to me and I will see if it is possible in your timeframe. I do charge a rush order fee of $100 if needed within 3 weeks.

How much do your stoles cost?

I have made stoles anywhere from $350-$1000. The cost all depends on the amount of design work, customization, and intricacy.

How long will it take to make my quilt/altar cloth/baby item/other item?

Items take an average of 3-4 weeks to ship, although many go out much faster. This depends on the item in question (for example a full size quilt will take much longer than a set of burp cloths) and the amount of customization requested. If you need something within a shorter or specific time frame, please contact me.

Is everything exactly as pictured?

Most items are made when you order. Due to the nature of fabric and quilting, there will be some variation in the print placement and details from the image shown.
